3rd Qatar Real Estate Forum

The Qatar Real Estate Forum is the leading annual event organized by the General Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Aqarat) under the theme “Aqarat’s Future" in Doha. It serves as a premier platform that brings together senior government officials, investors, real estate developers, and industry leaders from Qatar and around the world. The forum aims to promote growth, innovation, and strategic collaboration in the real estate sector, with a strong focus on knowledge exchange, addressing future challenges, and exploring promising investment opportunities in the Qatari market.

The third edition of the forum will be held from 14 to 16 October 2025 at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center, with broad participation at both local and international levels. The event will feature the pavilion of the General Real Estate Regulatory Authority – State of Qatar, alongside the Guest Country Pavilion, represented by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It will also include a range of distinguished activities, in addition to announcing several national initiatives designed to strengthen real estate investment, enhance infrastructure development, and increase investments in the sector.
