With over 28 years of experience in valuation, investment, and financial advisory, Mostafa Elkaliouby has built a distinguished career across the Middle East and Africa. He has advised private equity funds and corporate clients through Big Four firms PwC and KPMG and led more than 350 transaction spanning valuations, M&A transactions, feasibility studies, Disputes , arbitration, IPOs, Investment, Share Purchase, Safe and Shareholders agreements and financial due diligence. His industry expertise covers sectors such as real estate, manufacturing, FMCG, fintech, and financial institutions, with notable achievements including a key role in the restructuring and IPO of e-finance Egypt’s largest fintech group.
Mostafa holds an MBA in Banking and Finance from the Maastricht School of Management, and Master of International Business Law from Cairo/Sorbonne University and is an International Certified Valuation Specialist (ICVS).
