4th Qatar Real Estate Forum
The Qatar Real Estate Forum is Qatar’s leading annual platform for the real estate sector, organised by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority. The Forum brings together decision-makers, government officials, investors, real estate developers, industry leaders and experts from Qatar, the region and around the world. The 4th Forum will take place from 27–29 October 2026 at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC).
The Forum highlights how global capital is currently being directed toward a major restructuring of investment portfolios, driven by geopolitical shifts, rapid technological transformations and the search for safe assets that provide sustainable returns. Global financial reports indicate that international capital flows are currently concentrated in four key areas: artificial intelligence, tokenized real-world assets, energy technologies and regional markets.

The Forum 2026 discusses the future of the real estate sector from an integrated perspective combining regulations, investment, development and innovation, while highlighting new opportunities and trends shaping the future of the real estate market in Qatar and the region.
The 2026 edition will take place in collaboration with Cityscape Qatar, bringing together the Forum and the real estate exhibition within an integrated platform that strengthens connections between government entities, investors, developers and industry leaders. The Forum will also feature a dedicated Government Entities Pavilion, alongside specialized platforms and initiatives, panel discussions, workshops and supporting activities that encourage knowledge exchange, partnership building, and the exploration of real estate investment and development opportunities.
