The Qatar Real Estate Forum is Qatar’s leading annual platform for the real estate sector, organized by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Aqarat). The Forum brings together decision-makers, government officials, investors, real estate developers, industry leaders and experts from Qatar, the region and around the world. The 4th Qatar Real Estate Forum will take place from 27–29 October 2026 at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC).
The Forum highlights how global capital is currently being directed toward a major restructuring of investment portfolios, driven by geopolitical shifts, rapid technological transformations and the search for safe assets that provide sustainable returns. Global financial reports indicate that international capital flows are currently concentrated in four key areas: artificial intelligence, tokenized real-world assets, energy technologies and regional markets.
