Under the Patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, we are pleased to welcome you to the 4th Qatar Real Estate Forum 2026, taking place at an important stage in the continued development of Qatar’s real estate sector.
Under the theme “Stability as an Asset Class,” we continue our efforts to strengthen a real estate environment built on confidence and transparency, providing investors and developers with sustainable opportunities within a market supported by strong regulatory and economic foundations.
The Forum provides a platform that brings together government entities, investors, developers, experts and industry leaders to discuss the changes shaping the future of real estate, explore investment opportunities, exchange expertise and build new partnerships that support the sector’s growth.
This year, the Forum gains additional importance through its collaboration with Cityscape Qatar, expanding participation and strengthening engagement between different stakeholders across the real estate ecosystem at both local and international levels.
