Fahad Mohammed Al-Khayaren

Assistant Undersecretary for Social Development Affairs – Ministry of Social Development and Family

Mr. Fahad Mohammed Al-Khayarin, Assistant Undersecretary for Social Development Affairs at the Ministry of Social Development and Family, in the State of Qatar, leads the Ministry’s social development sector and directly oversees the sector's strategic projects. He strives to enhance services provided to the Ministry's beneficiaries by automating procedures, improving processes, and providing additional services to enhance the well-being of beneficiaries.

He has represented the Ministry at various international events, such as the Social Development Summit (Doha 2025) as well as Arab and Gulf Ministerial Councils on Social Development, with a particular focus on social security. He is also a member of Arab and Gulf councils and committees concerned with housing regulation.

Furthermore, he has made significant contribution to the regulation and oversight of associations and civil society organizations.
