Hussain Akbar Al Baker

Hussain Al-Baker is Executive Director – Commercial & Properties at United Development Company (UDC), where he leads the company’s commercial strategy across sales, leasing, retail and property operations, marketing, and communications. His role includes identifying new business opportunities and supporting sustainable revenue growth across UDC’s developments at The Pearl and Gewan Islands. He also serves as a Board Member and Managing Director of Dlala Holding.
With more than 15 years of executive experience, Al-Baker has led a multi-billion-riyal portfolio of residential, retail, and commercial assets. His career at UDC has included senior roles in commercial leadership, property management and operations, and marketing and communications. He brings a strong record of building client relationships, working with stakeholders, and supporting asset performance and long-term growth.
Al-Baker holds a degree in International Business Administration from the American InterContinental University and has completed training in leadership and management, budgeting, quality control, and communications.
