Adam Stewart is the Founder and General Manager of Quorum Real Estate Advisors, a boutique real estate services and brokerage firm established in Doha in 2026 to bring international best practice to the nuances of Qatar's real estate market.

With twelve years based in Qatar, Adam has built one of the most complete track records in the market, spanning valuation and advisory, strategic consultancy, and brokerage across multiple asset class. Before founding Quorum, he served as Country Head for Knight Frank Qatar and as Head of Valuation and Advisory for Cushman & Wakefield — roles that gave him a front-row seat to the market's evolution from a domestically-driven landscape into an increasingly transparent, regulated and internationally connected one.
