Nikki Greenberg

Nikki Greenberg is one of the most operationally credentialed AI speakers working today, whose expertise sits at the intersection of the built world and the digital world. As the former Head of Technology Strategy at the global $70 billion AUM investment manager QIC, she led the digital transformation of its real estate vertical. She brings both a visionary perspective and a practical understanding of how to bring innovative ideas to life - because she has done it herself. Nikki is also the author of the upcoming book “Leading the Next Decade” (Wiley, 2027), a playbook for turning accelerating change into lasting competitive advantage.

Her career spans leadership roles in real estate development, urban design and technology strategy, leading transformative projects around the world. An Australian national currently residing in New York City, Nikki holds Master’s degrees in Architecture and International Business.

She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York Technology Council, Founder and Global Ambassador of Women in PropTech, and previously served three terms as Co-Chair of the Urban Land Institute New York Technology & Innovation Council. In addition, she serves on advisory boards in Australia, Sweden, and the USA focused on technology and innovation.

Nikki has received numerous industry accolades, including Speaker of the Year: Trends & Technologies (2025) and Top AI & Technology Speaker (2025) for her contributions to keynote speaking. Her professional achievements have also been recognized through honors such as ULI Global Luminary (2022) and Top Woman Influencer (2023–2025), along with numerous prestigious awards throughout her architectural and real estate career.
