Pawel Banach

As Managing Director – Qatar at ValuStrat, Pawel brings over 22 years of international real estate experience, including more than 12 years in the Middle East and around 9 years in the Qatari market.
At ValuStrat, he leads the Qatar business, drives strategic growth and oversees complex valuation and advisory mandates for institutional investors, developers, financial institutions and corporates across all major real estate asset classes.
Before joining ValuStrat, Pawel was a Partner at Cavendish Maxwell, where he led the commercial valuation practice across the UAE and Oman and managed a team of 30 professionals. His earlier career includes senior roles at Deloitte, JLL, Savills, Knight Frank and Prologis, covering valuations, feasibility studies and wider real estate advisory services.
Pawel is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), an RICS Registered Valuer and a Polish Qualified Valuer. He holds a master’s degree in Property Appraisal and Management from Sheffield Hallam University and an Engineering Degree in Land Surveying from Warsaw University of Technology.
He has also served as an RICS Assessor for over a decade, supporting the development of the next generation of real estate professionals.
