Mohamed Sleiman

Mohamed Sleiman is a prominent business leader in the GCC’s luxury real estate and hospitality sectors. As CEO of Alfardan Properties and Alfardan Hospitality, he oversees a diverse portfolio of high-end hotels, resorts, residential, commercial and mixed-use developments projects across Qatar, Oman, and the region.
With over 20 years of leadership within Alfardan Corporation, Sleiman has been instrumental in delivering landmark projects across Qatar, Oman, and Türkiye — reinforcing the group’s position as a market leader in luxury living. In Qatar, he played a key role in the development of iconic destinations including Al Gassar Resort, The St. Regis Doha, Marsa Malaz Kempinski, Burj Alfardan, and The St. Regis Marsa Arabia Island to name a few. In Oman, he led the delivery of The St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort, alongside two key mixed-use developments while in Türkiye, he oversaw the launch of the luxurious Kocataş Mansions, Istanbul. Under his leadership, the group’s award-winning dining and lifestyle outlets have also flourished, setting new benchmarks for culinary excellence and guest experiences.

He holds an Executive MBA and a bachelor’s in business administration from the American University of Beirut, and a professional certification in Hospitality Management from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne.
