Session ModeratorRichard joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2012, working in Edinburgh, Scotland within Investment and Agency.
His primary role was to assist in the leasing and purchase of a variety of office, retail and industrial instructions, acting for both occupiers and landlords.
Richard relocated to Qatar in 2013, to join the Valuation Advisory team, and provides valuation advice and associated services to a variety of institutional and private clients across the Middle East and North Africa.
Richard is a fully qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is an RICS Registered Valuer.
