H.E. Engineer Khalid bin Ahmad Al-Obaidli
President of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority - AqaratHis Excellency Eng. Khalid bin Ahmad Al-Obaidli was appointed President of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority – Aqarat in January 2024.
Since 2018, he served as CEO of Qatar Mining Company and held board positions in several companies, including Nebras Energy and Algerian-Qatari Steel.
H.E. Eng. Khalid’s extensive experience spans multiple industries, starting in oil and gas at Qatar Energy and Dolphin Energy.
He holds an MBA from Paris and a bachelor’s degree in Mining and Geological Engineering from the University of Arizona, USA.
