H.E. Eng. Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad
Chief Executive Officer of the Real Estate General Authority – Kingdom of Saudi ArabiaH.E. Eng. Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad has served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Real Estate General Authority since 2023.
He is a prominent national leader in the fields of urban development and real estate sector regulation. He has overseen the design and implementation of several legislative and regulatory policies aimed at enhancing the reliability and efficiency of the Saudi real estate sector and empowering local and international investors. Additionally, he has supervised the design of numerous initiatives to increase the sector's competitiveness through digital transformation and real estate technologies (PropTech), fostering greater efficiency and sustainability in the Saudi real estate market.
Previously, he held several leadership positions at the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, including Deputy Minister for Lands and Surveying and Assistant Deputy Minister for Lands. He also chaired the "Wafi" committee for off-plan sales and leasing and the "Tasfiah" committee for the liquidation of stalled real estate contributions. Furthermore, he serves on several national committees focused on real estate and urban development.
H.E. Eng. Al-Hammad holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Building Sciences from King Saud University and has completed the Executive Leadership Development Program at Harvard Business School.
