Sheikh Nasser Bin Abdulaziz Al-Thani

Sheikh Nasser Bin Abdulaziz Al-Thani serves as Head of Business Development at Qetaifan Projects, bringing a strong background in real estate development, finance, and investment. In his role, he contributes to the company’s strategic and commercial objectives across business planning, financial modelling, transactions, investment opportunities, and stakeholder engagement.

Since joining Qetaifan Projects in 2019, Sheikh Nasser has progressed through a series of roles within the Business Development Department, from Business Development Associate to Senior Business Development Associate, Assistant Manager, Manager, and subsequently Head of Business Development. Throughout his tenure, he has worked closely with investors, developers, sales agents, financial institutions, consultants, and strategic partners across the real estate value chain, supporting the development and execution of commercial opportunities and the continued growth of the company.

Sheikh Nasser holds a BSc (Hons) in Global Business Management and Finance from Newcastle University London. During his university studies, he also gained professional experience through internships in real estate development with Qatari family offices and within the Private Equity practice at KPMG London, further developing his understanding of investment analysis, commercial assessment, and market opportunities.

Sheikh Nasser is an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and has undertaken further professional development in areas including Negotiation Mastery at Harvard Business School, valuation methodology, and real estate financial modelling.
