Partner, Head of Valuation & Advisory – Middle East at Cushman & WakefieldRichard heads Cushman & Wakefield Qatar's Valuation & Advisory team across the Middle East, bringing over a decade of real estate experience across the UK, Europe, and MENA.
He began his career in Edinburgh, Scotland, before relocating to Qatar in 2013, where he has since built a valuation advisory practice serving institutional and private clients throughout the region. Richard now leads a growing team delivering valuation services across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with Cushman & Wakefield's global network to support clients across Europe, the Americas, and Asia.
As Partner, Richard also drives the firm's business development and strategic growth in the region and regularly represents the firm at global industry conferences and events, sharing insights on real estate valuation and market trends across MENA.
Richard is a fully qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a RICS Registered Valuer.
