He works with a wide range of clients, including REITs, financial institutions, and HNWIs, helping them position themselves to maximise value across their portfolios through a range of strategies, including redevelopment, operational efficiency, and acquisition or disposal. He also provides expert advice on valuations for company accounts, financial reporting, and loan security purposes.

Before relocating to Qatar, Osian was based in London, where he advised global and regional clients across all sectors and use classes.

A Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a RICS Registered Valuer, Osian brings deep market insight and extensive experience advising on real estate strategies in the UK, Qatar, and the wider EMEA region.
