Mr. Gianluca Racana
Director, Zaha Hadid ArchitectsMr. Racana is Director at Zaha Hadid Architects (ZHA), one of the world’s leading practices in architecture and urban design; he holds a Master’s degree in architecture and urbanism from Architectural Association London and an MBA from Imperial College Business School.
He has over 25 years of experience in leading international multi-disciplinary teams in planning and implementation of acclaimed projects, large-scale infrastructure, and complex mixed-use developments throughout Europe, Asia, Middle East and Australia.
He currently leads a range of key projects including King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) Iconic Metro Station in Riyadh, KSA, the new Western Sydney International Airport in Australia, the Rail Baltica High-speed Train and multi-modal Station in Tallinn, Estonia, and the new Aarhus football Stadium in Denmark.
