Mr. Alex Witkoff
Co-Chief Executive Officer, WitkoffMr. Alex Witkoff oversees Witkoff’s development activities, from strategy to execution, and is known for creative approaches across diverse projects. He leads developments such as the Shore Club in Miami Beach, One Highline in New York, and Shell Bay in Hallandale Beach. Mr. Witkoff serves on Miami Beach’s Historic Preservation Advisory Committee and the Institute of Contemporary Art’s Board of Trustees. He’s also part of the Milken Institute’s Young Leaders Circle, Urban Land Institute, and Young Presidents Organization. He graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School with a B.S. in Economics, focusing on Finance and Real Estate.
