Founding Partner and Managing Director of Oud Real Estate - Kingdom of Saudi ArabiaAlDuraibi is a member of the Middle East Facility Management Association (MEFMA) since March 2014, a Board Member and Chairman of the Nominations Committee at "Waha" for Development and Advancement (the investment arm of Al-Ahsa Municipality), and a Board Member of Saden Facility Management Company (a subsidiary of the headquarters company under the Madinah Municipality).
He served as the Founding CEO of Boutique Group, a company under the Public Investment Fund (PIF), between 2019 and 2021. He also worked at Da'am for Real Estate Investment Company between 2013 and 2016, and as the Vice President of Projects at the same company between 2010 and 2013. Additionally, he worked as a Designs Manager at Taiba Investments Company between 2006 and 2010.
He holds a Master's degree in Project Management from George Washington University, a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (2006) from King Saud University, and a professional certificate in Real Estate Development and Design from Harvard University.
