Dr. Ali Al-Khalifa

Dr. Ali Al-Khalifa is the Chief Executive Officer of Mesaimeer City Real Estate in Doha, Qatar. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer – Zones Development at Qatar Free Zones Authority and Chief Executive Officer of ASTAD Project Management. With more than two decades of executive leadership experience, he specializes in real estate development, project delivery, construction management, and dispute avoidance. Dr. Al-Khalifa holds a Doctorate in Dispute Avoidance in Construction from the University of Warwick and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School. He is the author of A Guide to Dispute Avoidance in the Construction Industry (HBKU Press, 2025), a member of Qatar’s Third National Development Strategy Committee (2024–2030), and serves on advisory committees for Dadu Children’s Museum and the University of Doha for Science and Technology. He is an award-winning CEO, the first Arab recipient of the ICW Award for Collaborative Working (2023), and a frequent keynote speaker at international forums.
