Ali Mohammed Al Maadeed

I am Ali Mohammed Al Maadeed, a manager and entrepreneur based in Qatar with experience in construction, procurement, project management and fleet management. As a Manager and Procurement Officer at Al Ali Engineering, I support the planning and operational needs of construction projects, bringing together suppliers, equipment and site requirements. My career with the company began in 2009, managing and procuring heavy equipment, trucks and construction machinery. In 2012, my responsibilities expanded to include broader project coordination, procurement and financial matters. This experience has shaped my practical approach to management, with a focus on clear communication, resource planning and dependable operations. Procurement is central to my role. I work to understand project demands and source suitable materials, equipment and services, considering quality, cost, availability and delivery schedules. My fleet management experience includes coordinating heavy machinery and vehicles with the changing demands of construction sites, helping teams access the resources they need. I am a science graduate of the Community College of Qatar (CCQ). My education supports my interest in analytical thinking, problem solving and continuous learning. Alongside my work in construction, I founded Al Galayel Equine Center in 2017. The center provides equine reproduction and veterinary services, with a laboratory and veterinary pharmacy, and supplies medicines, supplements, feed and related products. My involvement focuses on business management, procurement and development, working with veterinary professionals and suppliers to serve horse owners, breeders and other customers. I also value sharing knowledge through workshops and industry events. Across both businesses, I value organization, responsibility and lasting working relationships. My aim is to contribute to Al Ali Engineering's projects while developing Al Galayel Equine Center and supporting the wider equine community.
