Adrian Camps has over 45 years of experience in real estate, including 19 years in the Gulf: five years in Dubai followed by 14 years in Qatar. A Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, he founded RealEstate Executive Training (REET) to help real estate organisations develop their people and to support individuals pursuing professional qualifications.
Adrian designs and delivers training in valuation, real estate practice, professional ethics, regulation and international standards. REET’s programmes combine practical market experience with structured learning for corporate teams, government bodies and individual professionals. He also provides tailored support for AssocRICS and MRICS candidates, drawing on his experience as an RICS APC assessor and counsellor.

Adrian is Head of Valuation & Consultancy at Capstone Property, where he is active in
valuation, research and consultancy in the Qatar market. He has held senior positions with Knight Frank, Savills, Chestertons and Colliers International, as well as sales and leasing director roles on prestigious projects in Qatar for the Accor group and Qatari development companies.

He chaired the RICS Qatar Market Advisory Board for more than six years and has engaged with government bodies, ministries and industry leaders on professional standards and real estate market development. His work spans Qatar, the UAE, the UK and Europe.

Adrian regularly speaks at Cityscape and the Qatar Real Estate Forum on professional
development, valuation, market regulation and the benefits of international standards for the real estate sector.
