Ms. Anum Hasan
Manager Advisory & Research, KSA & QatarAnum Hasan, MSc (Hons), is the Manager of Advisory & Research for KSA and Qatar at ValuStrat. She holds a specialization in Quantitative Research Methods and has over nine years of experience in multidisciplinary research. Anum joined ValuStrat seven years ago and is involved in producing market reports, bespoke research, and supporting various company departments. Previously, she worked as a Business Development Manager at Concept Qatar and as a Research Fellow with NGOs such as USAID, UNICEF, and the World Bank.
At ValuStrat, Anum launched the ValuStrat Price Index (Residential Market) for Qatar, tracking quarterly changes in residential prices and rents. She also manages subscriptions to VPI reports and conducts various market studies, including supply and rental analysis for Arcadis/MME projects, market forecasting for Barwa Real Estate, and rental assessments in The Pearl and other areas across Qatar.
