Mr. Abdullah Al-Marri

Lecturer at the Police Academy - Ministry of Interior – Qatar

A faculty member (Lecturer) at the Police Academy, Ministry of Interior in Doha, Qatar. He is a legal researcher with a Master's degree in Private Law from Qatar University (2020) and a Bachelor's in Law from the same university (2018). 

Mr. Al-Marri has distinguished academic and research experience, having published several peer-reviewed research papers and scientific books, and has participated as a speaker in numerous legal conferences and seminars. He won first place in the GCC competition for research and studies in integrity protection and anti-corruption for his research titled "The Regulatory Framework for the Protection of Whistleblowers, Witnesses, Experts, and their Equivalents in Corruption Cases" (2024). 

Mr. Al-Marri is interested in the fields of private law, particularly intellectual property, copyright, and neighboring rights. He has been a member of the Qatar Authors' Forum since 2020 and has participated in voluntary legal initiatives such as "Sanad Qanouny" (Legal Support). He also holds an international fellowship in arbitration and arbitrator qualification from the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre and works as a certified arbitrator at the Qatar International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration (QICCA) since 2024.
