Mr. Edd Brookes
General Manager – Qatar Head of Middle East- Cushman & Wakefield QatarEdd joined DTZ (pre DTZ/ Cushman & Wakefield global merger ) Qatar in March 2006, having spent 14 years in Property Management, Commercial Agency and Valuation in the UK.
In 2009, Edd was appointed Head of Valuation for the Middle East before being appointed General Manager and Head of the Middle East in 2013.
During the past 15 years, Edd has worked with many regional government bodies as well as HNW’s and family offices to achieve lasting real estate solutions and assisting solving challenging problems.
Of particular interest to Edd are corporate real estate strategies, and how these adapt within dynamic markets to ensure goals are met. Edd is passionate about raising global real estate practices to meet International best practice and is fully committed to assisting RICS compliance throughout the Middle East. He has work on projects extensively in Qatar, UAE, Bahrain, Lebanon, Oman, Egypt and Syria.
