Dr. Makram Omar Al-Masadi is a Senior Researcher in Strategic Security Studies at the Qatari Ministry of Interior. He is a professor of security sciences and a strategic expert specializing in airport security, strategic planning, and crisis management. He holds a PhD in Management from the University of Manouba and several master's degrees in Law, Business, and Risk Management from Tunisian and French universities. He has held leadership positions in the Tunisian and Qatari Ministries of Interior and participated in the preparation of more than 30 studies and research papers in the fields of security, governance, and counterterrorism. He is also the author of reference books on strategic management and money laundering, and a certified arbitrator in security and defense studies.
