During a press conference held on Tuesday to announce the 3rd Qatar Real Estate Forum, a Gold Sponsorship agreement was signed between the Real Estate Regulatory Authority and Al Waab City.
The agreement was signed by HE Eng. Khalid bin Ahmed Al-Obaidli, President of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Aqarat), and Eng. Dr. Abdullah Al Mehshadi, CEO of Al Wa'ab City.
On this occasion, Dr. Al Mehshadi stated: "We are proud to be the Gold Sponsor of the 3rd Qatar Real Estate Forum. This partnership reflects our commitment to supporting the state's efforts to develop the real estate sector to achieve sustainability, national economic prosperity, and diversification, in line with the objectives of the Third National Development Strategy and Qatar National Vision 2030."
Al Mehshadi added: “Through this exceptional edition, we at Al Wa’ab City seek to enhance strategic cooperation and support the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Aqarat), reinforcing Al Wa’ab City’s leading position in developing Qatar’s most significant real estate projects and contributing to an innovative and sustainable investment environment. As a private mixed-use development, Al Wa'ab City includes retail stores, a shopping center, offices, and commercial showrooms, in addition to various residential units such as villas and apartments. As we enter the next phase, we look forward to announcing the opening of this important part of the project and welcoming the public by the end of 2025, further establishing Al Wa'ab City as a leading destination for living, lifestyle, and business in Qatar. The forum is a vital platform for exchanging knowledge and expertise, and we are delighted to be part of these efforts to build a prosperous real estate future.”
