During his official visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, H.E. Eng. Khalid bin Ahmed Al-Obaidli, President of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority- Aqarat, reiterated his invitation to H.E. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, to attend and participate in the 3rd Qatar Real Estate Forum, scheduled to take place in Doha from October 12 to 14, 2025.
The Qatari delegation, led by H.E. Eng. Al-Obaidli, also met with Eng. Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, CEO of the Real Estate General Authority.
The discussions centered on Saudi Arabia’s role as Guest of Honor at the Forum, including coordination on keynote speakers, thematic sessions, and panel discussions, as well as collaboration in the Saudi Pavilion. The talks further covered the participation of leading Saudi developers in the accompanying exhibition to showcase investment opportunities in the Kingdom to global investors, and preparations for the Qatari-Saudi Business Council meeting, set for the Forum’s opening day.
This visit underscores the commitment to strengthening Gulf real estate cooperation and highlighting the promising opportunities available in both the Qatari and Saudi markets.
